• Start with an Atomic Network / it’s important to start with an Atomic Network / crack it / and then build more Atomic Networks

• Every Great Product that cracked Network Effects started niche

• You start small so that you can build the density of the Network

• Larger companies have been bad at this / because they start small

• If you get a lot of users who are not connected to each other / the Product fails / because the Networks aren’t built

• You need to build features to make the hard side of the Network stick onto the Network by solving their problems

• You need to build highly dense networks

• Right Features alone are not enough / you need to have the Right Network

• Tinder is Network of Networks

• They went from College to College / and captured a City / and then they captured other Cities
